Dear all,

I made some simulation in CFX 11 of sails boat. after 100 iter. an error comes up " float point overflow". In CFX's manual this error is about boundary conditions.

I don't Know if the error is becouse the sails geometry of very low thick.

Some idea that the way to safe avoid this error??

Thanks!! J.

Hi,

You need to describe what you are doing better for us to help.

Float point overflow can come from a number of sources, either incorrect setup or the simulation diverging. Read the tips for obtaining convergence in the documentation.
