Multiphase non newtonian

I want to simulate a multiphase(liquid-solid) non newtonian fluid, the fluid has 40 % solid. How i simulate that. I have ansys 11.

Re: Multiphase non newtonian

Hello Jorge,

Check Tutorial 11 "Non-Newtonian Fluid Flow in an Annulus". I believe they use a power-law approach "m=K*G^(n-1)" where m is the dynamic viscosity, G is the shear strain rate where they directly reference the CFX-Pre System Variable (sstrnr) in that case. K and n are parameters which are defined (with their units) within the CCL expressions along with the above equation.

Thanks.
