How to monitor volume fraction at outlet

Hi, I want to monitor a few useful quantities inside my domain during a transient multiphase simulation (Eulerian-Eulerian) so that I can decide if the simulation should be stopped.

I have been suggested to monitor volume fraction at the outlet boundaries and if possible then at a plane inside my domain as well.

Could some one suggest me how to define that in CFX-Pre? I know how to monitor at a point but I do not know how to monitor at a plane or outlet boundary.

Thanks, Kushagra

In the Output Control section, there is a place to define monitor points, which I think you noticed. You can place an expression there like areaAve(Phase 1.mf)@Outlet. Be sure to use appropriate phase names and locator names.
