After generating simple tetrahedral mesh using ICEM 11 we can discover that tetrahedrons that lie near this angle don't fit to it - tetrahedrons are so big and coarse that they can't duplicate the form of right angle. The question is how to fix it?

Should I set finer sizes until mesh fits good to "right angle"? I can't really understand what does "Mesh -> Mesh Curve" do. And one more thing: the "right angle" is formed by two surfaces and there are no curves, so I can't setup anything concerning curve.

Run the Repair Geometry/build topology tool ( check the filter points and curves options). ICEM always puts nodes on points and curves so this should fix your problem. Let us know if it worked, Felix
