Hi,everyone I got a ansys cfx 11.0 like this:

Error in subroutine FNDVAR : Error finding variable DENSITY_FL1 GETVAR originally called by subroutine GET_MFLOIP_ZIF

+--------------------------------------------------------------------+ | ERROR #001100279 has occurred in subroutine ErrAction. | | Message: | | Stopped in routine GV_ERROR

Can any body tell me what is the reason?

did you give the information about the density for your material? If u´ve had created your own material, did u put this kind of information?

Thanks for your reply. Yes, you are right. I create my own Variable composition mixture: Air Ideal Gas + H2 Ideal Gas. so I think there is no need to set density for this mixture. so I just create my own material "mix" under library tree as follow: thermodynamic state:gas mixture properties: Ideal mixture

thermodynamic properties: specific heat capacity: ideal mixture

When I try to set the equation of state to Ideal Mixture, an error will come out saying:"molar mass is missing and can not set equation of state"

where is the questions? please. thanks frank

once, i forgot to put the heat capacity Cp and i had an error and the cfx-solver stopped running.

I am getting an error like this...would like to know the reason for this:

I am getting an error in the CFX Solver:

Illegal faceset pair has been found

Would like to know the reason, and the possible Solution:
