Default Solid-Liquid heat transfer

I am modelling the heat transfer between solid and liquid with the heat transfer coefficient at the interface. Does anybody know how to do it?

At this moment, I can only model heat transfer between them by setting up a solid domain and a liquid domain. However, I don't know how CFX solve the equations. I read throught the theory file (Ansys help), but I can not find any hint. Doen anybody know where I can find the theory and how to solve the heat equations?

I really appreciate all your help. Thanks,
