How to specify partition count for local parallel
 
Dear Users,

I have to start a run in local parallel mode by command line I use the command "cfx5solve -def file.def -par-local" but it does not start and says: You must specify a partition count for PVM Local Parallel

please somebody can help me as how can i specify the partition count in the batch

Hi,

Try "cfx5solve -def file.def -par-local -partition 2". This is all discussed in the documentation, have a look there for all the command line parameters and examples.
