Strategy for keeping track of files and folders?
What is your strategy for keeping track of files and folders?
Right now my strategy is that I have two folders : Analysis and CAD. In each of those folders is another folder for each project I'm working on. The advantage of this is that all my analysis and CAD files are at a central location.
My other option is to have a folder for each project, then in each of those having an Analysis and CAD folder. The advantage of this one is that all files pertaining to the project are located in one folder.
Which of these is the best and what is your strategy?

I prefer and use second strategy.
