fluid pressure in cavity

I am trying to obtain the pressure in a fluid that is surrounded by a flexible hose and two aluminium plates on the top and bottom. (Basically a cylindrical tube, which has 2 plates bonded to the ends of the tube to create a cavity in the center, where the cavity is filled with incompressible fluid). I fix one plate and apply a 10N force to the other plate.

Hypothesis: I should get a pressure build up in the fluid which is equivalent to F/A.

I constructed this sort of consfiguration, and measured the pressure with a pressure sensor. Results were as expected. But I cannot model this in ansys wb/cfx. I am doing a coupled fsi.

Maybe I am using an incorrect material to model the water. I use 'constant property liquid' and 'water data'. Is this correct? if not what material should i use to see an increase in pressure with applied load.
