Default help on problem setup

i am trying to simulate a problem as define by water having a high temperature is passing inside the pipe which is placed in air or any other fluid other than water. this other fluid is not stationary. Pipe having some thickness which can not be neglected. can any one help me. if i want to neglect the pipe thickness what i want to do for that so that air and water doesn't mixed.
