concentration of n2o

I need to examine the concentration of n2o in a room. The source of n2o is a person breathing with the mixture gas contains of n2o(40 ppm) and air. The airflow from the mouth is 7 l/min. I need to obtain results of n2o distribution in the room. I have a lot of problems with setting it up as well as preparing results in post, which I'd like it to be in ppm units. I will be gratefull for any advise.

Re: concentration of n2o

hi,

This should be easily modelled with a passive scalar. In CFX-Post you should be able to convert from the solver units (probably kg of n2o per kg of air) to ppm for visualisation.

Re: concentration of n2o

The problem is that I've only managed to give quantity of N2O in [kg/s]- I've made it in CFX Pre.(I'm not sure if I set it up correctly ). More details, please - I'm not advanced user.
