Hi, im currently modelling flow through a cpu fan and i have managed to make the model converege to a residual of 10^-5 The mesh was created in turbo grid with minimal errors and the boundary conditions were specified as an inlet of 101300pa and outlet of 101335pa a tip clearance of 4mm was aso specified... unfortunately the results i am getting seem to be very obscure: a total efficiency of over 100 % shows up in the report.. i can email you the html report file if this helps resolve the problem.

Hi,
Have you done all the normal checks? Check the sensitivity to convergence, time step size (if transient) and mesh size. Glenn Horrocks |
