Default heat produced during single phase combustion

Hello, everybody, could somebody exmplain to me: gas phase combustion with the single reaction (first approximation) takes place. I have separate inlets and one outlet from the domain, eddy dissipation model for combustion and DT radiation model have been used.

How is it possible to obtain heat production rate in this situation from output file data? Is there a possibility to get to know the local and/or integral heat production rate to compare with the theoretical one? Thank you for the answer in advance!
