hi everyone.. i am a beginner user for ansys. i want to investigate the heat transfer of nitrogen gas inside chamber. so from where should i start? which physical preference should i use; CFD of mechanical? kindly appreciate ur help... thanks.

Sounds like you need to perform a CFX analysis. Check out some of the tutorials.
