Default how to get better convergency

Hi every my case has got a converged at 1e-4(RMS),how can i get a better one like 1e-5 or smaller.for double precision i got worse result(1e-3).my case is a centrifugal pump.and i am using SST turbulence model.i want to know if i can get better convergence by just change some coefficence?not modify my mesh .
