problem starting CFX-Pre from Workbench

Hello I am having problem starting CFX-Pre from Workbench

I get a message "CFX Pre terminated while attemptring to connect to Workbench"

Can anyone give me a solution for this. Urgent reply is greatly appreciated

you know the microsoft wisdom?? new install should help. I´ve this prob 1-2 times a year.
