How made a density 2D mesh in ICEM

HI, I’m student and I write master’s thesis in ANSYS CFX, ICEM and I have problem.

How made a density in this place.

It is geometry of Mark 2 turbine vane and I made the tetra mesh, mesh type is quad domination. I make 2D mesh and extrude it along curve.

Help me please.
