Why wall velocity at the portion near the inlet is not zero?

Dear all,

I did a simulation of laminar flow in a rectangular duct (CFX tutorials) and found that the wall velocity at the portion near the inlet boundary not to be zero although I already used hybrid values. Is there anyone tell me what the problem is?
