About Gravity Option

I am new to CFX. I am using particle tracking model in steady state. Now i want to switch ON the gravity in CFX-POST. From where shall i start it?

Hi,

CFX-Post is the post-processor. It you want to switch gravity on you will need to go back to CFX-Pre to set gravity on and redo the simulation.

what is buoyancy reference density?whether it is particle density or fluid density?

it is the fluid density... the difference to that density represents the ammount of the liftforce.

There are two different models in CFX for buoyancy...the one that's used depends on the properties of the fluid you select...for free surface flows it's recommended to choose the density of the lighter fluid/material!!! But i don't know if thats the same with your case with particles...
