if suppose i'm dealing with some domain means in pre & post take more time and generally it take only one cpu.

whether is their way to change the cpu usage and make it faster for opeing a file

Hi,

Pre and Post are single processor applications. There is talk of a distributed CFD-Post in V13 but that is a long way away! The only way to speed them up at the moment is to get a faster computer.
