Hello,
I have this anoying massage everytime I run simulation in MPICH2 local parallel using batch file. With this error I can still run the simulation in parallel in most cases, but I think it might cause solver failure and I want to fix it. The number of error massage is the same as CPU used. For example, if I use 2 cpu in my parallel setting, the error massages will look like this: Unable to open the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MPICH\SMPD\process\112 428 registry key, error 5, Access denied. Unable to open the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MPICH\SMPD\process\571 28 registry key, error 5, Access denied. Can anyone help me on this? Thanks! Tony |

@ggxhyst Launch the program "as Admin" and the error should go away.
