I have a problem .
I use ansys workbench 10 to create StaticMixer(Tutorial).
I created 3D-files by Design-Modeller.
I created CFX-Mesh file and imported 3D into it.
After setted 2D-region and change "default body spacing"
I try to preview the surface mesh but I cann't
The error message said : " An internal component has failed. Please save any unsaved data and restart."
I saved all of data and try to restrat program but it's useless.
I try to create new file but the same error happen
What should I do?

Top 4 tips
1. Knowledge is everything and Ignorance is dangerous.
2. Understand your limitations and try to eliminate them.
3. Get yerself a bike and hoon the chuffer. You will soon learn why dogs like to hang their heads out the car window.
4. Please before asking any questions on how to run simulations in CFX, go though all the tutorials

CFX also comes with the mesh files completed so you can continue on to the next stage of setting up the simulation using the provided mesh file if you like. Also when a tutorial does not work for me then I leave it for a day and do it again. I always find a step I missed then everything magically works.
