two stage pump help needed !!!

Hi I was calculating a vertical pump, and the result is OK but when I tray to calculate two stage pump (with same impeller and difusor) the result is apsurd
Head is -5m !!! and efficiency around 70% ( for single stage head is 17m efficiency 85%), any ideas what I'm doing wrong |
