CEL for coefficiency

Hi everyone

recently i try to modify the coefficient of models in the ANSYS CFX 11.0 by using the CEL to apply some modfication.but i have got expression errors as:

Expression Error in object "/FLOW/DOMAIN:pitzDaily/FLUID MODELS/TURBULENCE MODEL/K EPSILON REGIME/OMEGA COEFFICIENTS" :
Parameter 'Beta Coefficient' in object '/FLOW/DOMAIN:pitzDaily/FLUID MODELS/TURBULENCE MODEL/K EPSILON REGIME/OMEGA COEFFICIENTS' appears to have been assigned an expression value 'BetaKE'. This parameter may take only purely numeric values.

the BetaKE is an alternative for standard value of 0.075 for beta value in kEpsilon regime in SST model. it is a defined as :

BetaKE=0.075*F4
where:

F4=1/(1+3.6*Ri )

Ri=Vorticity in Stn Frame /Shear Strain Rate *(Vorticity in Stn Frame /Shear Strain Rate-1)

i don`t know what is wrong with it.

can anyone give me some advices?

thanks!

yours wayne

when cfx is complaining that a parameter may take only purely numeric values that means because of solver stability the programmers have disabled that coefficient to depend on variables

I'm not sure how you will do what you want but it looks to me as you're heading on fortran subroutines
