Do anyone knows about the algorithm used for solving RANS equations using upwind scheme in CFX??? Where can I get the details???

Hmmmm.... Have you checked the documentation? It is all covered there! If you want more detail there are hundreds of CFD books out there which cover the basics. Other wise try here http://www.cfd-online.com/Books/brow...category_id=48 or your local university library.
