how can i enter a parabolic profile of velocity in inlet?

Do you want to enter a point-by-point profile, or do you have an equation you want to use? If you know the equation, double click the inlet in the outline, and then select the Boundary Details tab. Under mass and momentum, you have a number of options to specify the inlet. Select the type of info you want to specify.

Now, if you click in an input box, you should see a little square that looks like a square root alpha symbol. Click on that. Now, you can specify an equation in the input box. CFX has its own format for specifying an equation. You can probably find it in the manual.
