CFX-Solver error messages

Hi, I need help to fix a couple of error messages I am getting.

*** WARNING *** SUPPRESSED MESSAGE CP = 143332.188 TIME= 16:24:04
The calculated reference FORCE CONVERGENCE VALUE = 5.670260859E-04 is
less than 1E-2 a threshold zero, A value of 1E-2 or specified MINREF
is used. Check results carefully.
---------------> I fixed the first error. I went into ANSYS workbench and changed the force convergence parameter to a larger value.
*** WARNING *** SUPPRESSED MESSAGE CP = 143349.359 TIME= 16:24:32
Material number 2 (used by element 15183 ) should normally have at
least one MP or one TB type command associated with it. Output of
energy by material may not be available.
---------------> I still cannot get this error fixed. Although I think I figured out what it means, sort of. It has something to do with the material properties that I can also fix somehow in ANSYS workbench but I haven't figured out how. Something about contact friction according to the documentation. I don't understand the command prompt enough to insert the "TBOUT=ISO/ORTHO" command that apparently I need to insert in order to fix the error. I tried inserting that and I just got another error instead. I don't even understand why I have contact friction though... this part confuses me too. I simply have a shell of a micro-fluidic pump (I had some problems with the coupled analysis so I am debugging it in Workbench, simply doing the structural analysis... so there is no contact with the fluid... just a structural test, so there shouldn't be any contact with anything...)

I found a couple of other people with similar problems but I'm still not totally clear, especially on the second error. Any help is appreciated. The problem is still converging (I think) because it managed to get up to 500+ timesteps before crashing (simply due to the 1000+ errors getting reached... all copies of the two above) and also because I have gotten this to successfully solve before, these errors are new.
