Running same project in workbench 12 with duffrent speeds

Hi

I'm doing a cfx project in workbench 12 and i want to run it for diffrent speeds at the inlet.
what i did so far is making one cell fully defined, and creating new cells.
i connect the mesh from the first cell to the other cells and for each cell i define the same properties as the first cell in the setup, but with diffrent speed at the inlet boundary.

the problem is that the mesh is big, and it takes quite a while to load and define all the new setup cells (i.e. all boundary conditions, turbulence model, solver control, etc').

i'll be happy to hear if there's a better way of doing it (that is keeping all conditions the same except of the inlet velocity)
thanks.

hi,
for speeding up your task you could switch to CFX standalone and script the whole thing. means defining ONE start.def and execute it step by step again with the additional -ccl option and a loop over the ccl where the inlet velocity changes from step to step. you will end up with one def-file and the results from the entries in the loop.

If you in WB12 then you can do it inside the WB environment without the need for scripting. But personally I am a fan of scripting, but it can be done either way.
