i has understood that reaction rate(wk) its no modeling on the rans code, but this is because wk its stored in the flamelet libraries? or because flamelet model in ansys its based on Primitive variables?(solve z and deduce T and Yk from libraries).

this picture resume all i said.

i think the flameletmodel in ansys-cfx its based on: Primitive variables and finite rate approach(section 6.4.5 in the picture),im right?

thanks very much.
best regards

Flamelet model in cfx correlates local composition to Z, ZVAR and stretch. There is no reaction rate. This is standard model used all over the combustion community.
