Hello Folks,

I'm modeling a micro device in CFX11 and the flow regime is laminar. Which parameter should I use to be sure that the mesh is good near wall.

When I have a turbulent flow, usually I look Y plus, but with laminar flow I don't know which one is the best parameter !

I need some tips to construct the mesh for a laminar flow, either !

Thanks in advance...
Best Regards,

Vallejo

I always run a simulation, and then look in Post how much nodes I have got in the boundary layer, that should be at least 10 nodes...
