Gas Turbine Vane- PS/SS Post-Proc

I'll start by saying that I'm not very adept at CFX, and am trying to post process a coworker's model of a gas turbine vane. I'm trying to extract data using the "Turbo" mode at a given span on the vane. This works great, except that it just lumps all the data around the airfoil together.

Is there a way to break this up into pressure(concave) and suction (convex) sides?

I'm using CFX 11.1.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,
This is possible by using plot in a polyline. First create a Turbo Surface at mid span by using the command: Insert/Location/ Turbo Surface, then create a polyline by using the command: Insert/Location/ Polyline, in Method under the Details of Polyline table choose Boundary Intersection and select one side of the blade in Boundary List and the turbo surface in Intersect With. Finely you can plot the variations of any variable in this polyline.

Awesome, I'll give that a try today. Thanks again.
