CFX vs. Fluent for coupling analysis

I'm trying to analize some coupling problem using CFX and Ansys.
But my professor order to check out what is a better tool for coupling analysis to solve the coupling simulation.

Actually, I have no opinion on this issue.. ;o;

What is a better tool for coupling analysis between CFX and Fluent (in same version) and what is the reason?

They both can do it. CFX will probably be easier. Try them both and find out for yourself.

By coupling you mean FSI right? For 1-way either is fine. For 2-way use CFX. FLUENT can only do 2-way via MpCCI which is difficult to set up and is limited to explicit coupling rather than the iterative implicit in CFX-ANSYS.

Thank you! That's what I want!
