cfx uses element based finite volume method ( or hybrid finite element finite volume) what does it mean?
ı don't unserstand how to discrete governing equation
please tell me in detail

I don't understand your question. The discretisation scheme used in CFX is described in the documentation. General questions about how the NS equations can be discretised are covered in the hundreds of CFD textbooks out there.
