ICEM Conjugate Heat Transfer

I am new to ICEM and have been assigned to create a basic setup for conjugate heat transfer. Basically I have a 2D in which I have a circle with a diameter of 1 emitting heat and flow running past it in the x direction. The problem I am having is with the mesh, once that is complete I know how to do the actually build the mesh. The best case would be an empty cirlce surrounded by circular mesh into a box...
Sorry if my explanation isn't very good.
If anyone knows of any good tutorials that would help out as well I would greatly appreciate it.

CFX come with tutorials on CHT simulations. Have a look at the heating coil one.
