i have to determine pressure coefficient and plot the diagram in different angles for a ordinary circular cylinder, how can i get these data from CFX post?

Define a variable (call it "Cylinder Angle") which gives the angle of a point on the cylinder, something like atan(x/y) or whatever your axis is defined as. Define another variable as the pressure coefficient. The export the "Cylinder Angle" variable and the pressure coefficient using the wall of the cylinder as a location, plot it any graphing software and you're done.
