Hey guys

I have trouble defining BCs when I import a mesh file from gambit or ICEM CFD to ANSYS CFX.

Can anybody please help me?

Hi
After I import a mesh generated in gambit into cfx, I should be able to define boundary conditions like inlet and outlet in simulation>fluid analysis>Default Domain>...
but I can not do it
In fact there is only one domain recognized and that is the whole fluid domain. I am not allowed to define anything here.

sometimes just one domain is enough. it's depend on your case. there must be different parts in your geometery so you can define BCs.
