Material identification between a flow domain and a porous domain

Hi :),
I’m trying to make a thermal transference between water, which is flowing in aluminum tube, and a porous material (graphite foam).
The water (80°C) delivers, the thermal energy, when flowing in the aluminum conduct.
The thermal energy is transferred from the water, through the aluminum conduct, and dissipated by the graphite foam though air by convection .
In CFX I have to identify the different domains:
Flow Domain: Air
Flow Domain: Water
Porous Domain: Graphite foam
Solid Domain: Aluminum
Problem:
1- I can’t identify different materials in the flow domain (Inlet water and inlet air)
2- The same happens between the porous domain and the flow domain. I can’t get the identification of the graphite foam material. It always identifies only one of the three materials that are present (Water, air, graphite foam).

Can someone help me? (Sorry for the bad writing) :D
