I was wondering if it is possible to insert a rotating baffle on a rotating wall (boundary). See attached image. Thanks

The model consists of a stator vane, wheelspace and a rotating wall inside the wheelspace (rotor wall). However I wanted to reduce the seal thickness by having the baffle replace the seal. This however requires the baffle on the rotor side of the wheelspace to be rotating. Thanks
Can you provide an illustration?
