Dear all

I want to know how I can apply "outflow" boundary condition (a bounder condition in Fluent) in CFX. Someone else asked this question before but anybody has not given a clear answer to this equation. Please let me know if anybody knows how.

Regards
Ashtonj

Dear Ghorrocks

In Fluent, there is an option for outlet boundary condition named "outflow" which means:

A zero diffusion flux for all flow variables.
An overall mass balance correction.

This is the same as a CFX outlet, or opening if you wish to allow back flow.
