It is a little cryptic but pretty obvious - it has had an error calculating the diffusion coefficient in the k equation. Can you explain what you are doing and why this error may have come up?

I am conducting cfd for a control valve. I had meshed the flow portion in ICEM CFD with about 40lac elements. But later when I reduced the number of elements to 10 lacs...the problem vanished.
The problem is very simple. I just have to obtain the pressure distribution for various positions of valve opening(40%,25% and 15%)....

What is 40lac and 10 lac?

Sounds like a straight forward simulation. If you are getting errors like this then I would suspect your model is numerically unstable. Improve mesh quality, smaller timesteps and double precision numerics can help.
