Different temperature to air and to solid , cfx, city modeling

Hi,

I am trying to model the airflow in a city. I have created a model with some buildings and an area of air in some distance from the buildings, applied some inlet velocity profile and a profile of k-e also. Made some runs isothermal and all seems good.

The scope of my study now is to see the cooling effect of an airstream (inlet) of 25 C to some buildings that have 30C on their facades. So I need to run to Total Energy.
The problem that I have is that I cannot apply different temperatures to the buildings envelope.
The model method that I am tiring to solve is to apply a heat transfer coefficient to the building surfaces and based on this Hc to calculate the cooling effect, but when giving an Hc on CFX the only Temperature that you can give is the Outside Air. And on initial conditions if I apply a Temperature this goes to all domain

Does anyone know how can I solve this problem?

Thank you in advanced

You could do this also with just thermal energy and that will be much simpler.

Break the wall boundary up and you can apply different temepratures around it. Alternately use a CEL expression to make the temperature a function of something.
