High quality movie from CFX post
 

I need to prepare high quality movie from CFX post for my Research,I tried to to do this in several setting by using MPEG format with direction from tutorial but I am unable to to prepare it.In all movie, picture quality was so bad and hazy(its resolution was too bad as well) that I can't show to my superior.

I have seen Michael Bo Hansen's discussion about high quality movie in pdf which is a guide for animation in CFX.

I tried to download but I can't access the weblink, maybe it was dead.

Or if anyone give any good sugestion to prepare good quality movie from CFX.
