flow not converge
 

i'm tring to slove one turbo machine kind of problem.
impller rotating at 195,000 RPM.
Boundary condition are
inlet as mass flow rate & outlet is pressure outlet.
I've try from 10,000 RPM but it's not converging..
Please somebody give me some idea.
