copy mesh settings

hi everyone
could anyone tell me if its possible say to just copy the mesh settings or mesh from a geometry to another same geometry with all the same boundary conditions... but with slight modifications.....on ansys workbench thanks |

Export the CCL from the original model. Load the new model in CFX-Pre and import the CCL.
