An error has occurred in cfx5solve

Sir,

i am new to the ANSYS,
I am using ANSYS 13.0
i had done with geometry, meshing using work bench
i had given all the requied data like Domine, boundary, interphase in Fluid flow(CFX)-CFX-Pre.

when i am using solution option in work bench (Fluid Flow(CFX)-CFX-Slover manager). i am getting the Error as follows.

An error has occurred in cfx5solve:

The ANSYS CFX solver has terminated without writing a results file. Command on host pandupc (PANDU-PC) exited with return code0.

Also some warnings like

please any one give me the solution.

Looks like an interface is not set up correctly. Either one side of the interface has no surfaces or the two sides of the interface do not intersect.

hello mr. glenn, I´m working with a heat exchanger type shell tube with ANSYS V12. My simulation has the same problem:

No control surfaces have been found for the domain interface |

| 'ggi permit no intersection=t' to work around this message. |

I checked the domains of the interface, and they are connected. I would like to know what other things I can check, and if it´s possible to give me your email so that I can send you my simulation. Or, I could share the document with you via dropbox. Either way would be perfect.
Thank you for your supportting.

Please do not PM spam me with duplicates of stuff you have already posted on the forum. It is very annoying.

The error message is quite clear - your GGI is not matching up. I do not have time to find it for you, you need to have a closer look at your setup to find it.
