Hello;

I have to modify the velocity of every node in every iteration like ux+5, Uy-2, Uz+0, how can I use cel to fix it? any ideas? thanks a lot.

You cannot do this in CEL. And I cannot see why you would want to do it anyway, there is no way this is going to converge.

What are you trying to do?

thank you Mr. Glenn Horrocks, you are the guy I need to ask this question.

I am simulating a rotating airfoil, what I like to do is that I will put -w*r term in the convective term and diffusion term through velocity variations. I do think this is physics simulation of this problem rather than rotating mesh or domain.

Do you think I can fix this in cfx with user function?

You cannot do this by simply adding and subtracting velocity components!

Use the built-in rotating frame of references to do this. Of if this is not suitable please explain why not.

Hi; Mr. Glenn

I think this method is only valid for Euler equation ( inviscid solution), because rotation velocity can not give full or a part of natural boundary layer velocity.
