Sorry to bother you, I came the following reply from the regional office.
There is no direct way to carry out a time integral. However there are two possible alternative options

1 Create a monitor in the solver manager for example massFlow()@inlet, right mouse click in the monitor and export this data to a .csv file. Read the file into a spreadsheet and sum the values.

2 Create an additional variable and set it equal to the interested value, for example massFlow()@inlet. Turn on Transient Statistics in CFX-Pre and calculate arithmetic average. When the calculation has been run, open the results file in CFD-Post. The summed mass flow @inlet can then be calculated as the transient average value, multiplied by the time interval over which the transient average was calculated. Information about transient statistics is available in the CFX Help, see 21.1.4 Transient Statistics Tab or 21.2.1 Working With Transient Statistics
