Defining a domain in CFX Pre

Hi all

I have a geometry of a real coronary artery(it looks like an irregular curved tube). I added a straight tube to its' end. I want to simulate the added straight tube as a porous media. The problem is that when I want to define a separate domain in CFX Pre for the porous region I just can select the whole artery no the added straight tube ; however, I separated the added straight tube and the artery geometry in Ansys meshing( I named the added straight tube as porous media and the artery as wall , inlet and outlet). Please let me know what I should do to be able to select the added tube as new domain in CFX Pre.
