Deal all,

I want to plot Cp(pressure coeff.) curve around the turbine blade.

When I use a Fluent, I used 'Iso-surface' for getting values at the specific plane. (For example, I got pressure vaules at x-y plane.(z=3))

Then, I exported pressure values to tecplot, and I plotted Cp curve for the specific blade section using tecplot.

However, I do not know how to get Cp curve using CFX.

I repeat that I want to get pressure values at the specific plane from CFX, and then I want to export the values to tecplot.

How could I do this?

Please tell me step to step procedure.

Thanks and regards.

You can do it lots of ways in CFX. The most obvious seems to be: You could generate a contour of z=3, extract that as a user line and export the pressure from it.

Thanks a lot, ghorrocks.

I got it!

But, I still don't know how I could extract it to tecplot form.

Tecplot has pretty simple input formats. Have a look in the Tecplot manuals and edit the exported file in a text editor.
