Dear all,
I am working on a indoor enviroment simulation and I want to calculate the PMV and PPD of the room. I know there is a macro whose name is Comfort Factors could manage it, but when I look into detail of this macro, it seems that I need user fotran which I do not have. Does anybody have experience on this?

Thanks!

Hi,

I have the same question - has anyone had success in using Comfort Factors to calculate PMV and PPD? I've downloaded and installed Fortran, and can compile code, but the help file is pretty vague about how to use the CFX-supplied code.

Thanks!

Sounds like a call to ANSYS support might be useful.

A call is already in - just spreading the net wide I'll update this thread when I hear back and have the problem resolved.
